Receiving and Writing Manuscript Reviews: Advice from the JBS Editors

The Journal of British Studies is hosting a workshop for graduate students and early career researchers on reviewing article manuscripts for journals and what to do when you receive these reviews. The editorial team would like to help emerging British Studies scholars understand what goes in to the review process and what to take away from it. The goal is both to provide guidelines for crafting helpful, professional manuscript reviews for academic journals and to provide direction for how to move forward once you have received reports from external reviewers. The event is free, but registration is required.
