Print Advertising
Advertising rates for the printed program distributed to participants at the annual meeting. The program contains all essential information for the conference, including sessions, meetings, receptions, and local arrangements information. Advertisements will be placed in the PDF version of our program which will be widely distributed to all members regardless of conference registration status.
Full page ad- $300 USD
Two page ad- $550
Three page ad- $750
Flyer insert in conference packet - $250 single-sided, $350 double-sided
Half-page ad- $150
Quarter page ad- $75
Business card ad- $50
Digital Advertising
The NACBS website recently underwent a major redesign. The site now has functionality that will play an important role during the annual meeting. Digital advertisers will be promoted on NACBS social media during the conference. This year, we will have available on our website a “digital exhibitor showroom” where exhibitors can have virtual “tables” and where we also plan to host a virtual poster presentation.

In-person exhibitors can also add a digital mini gallery “table” for $100.
